Web Optimizer  เป็น  plugin สำหรับ Joomla ที่มีความสามารถ ในการช่วยให้เว็บเราเร็วขึ้น โดยตัว ปลั๊กอิน จะไปทำการ รวม file cssและ jsให้เป็นไฟล์เดียวซึ่งจะทำให้การอ่านทำได้เร็วขึ้นและความสามารถในการช่วย แยก ส่วน head และ body ให้เป็นระเบียบ นอกจากนั้น ยังช่วยลดขนาดหน้าเว็บลงได้ด้วย 

นอกจากจูมล่า แล้วยังสามารใช้ได้กับ wordpress Drupal joomla1.0 หรือแม้แต่สคริปที่คุณเขียนเอง
