Following up a href="http://blog.phpbb.com/2010/07/28/oscon-2010/" class="postlink"OSCON 2010/a, we have opened up a new contribution type in our customization database called Bridges and Integration. It is our hope that we will have a variety of officially maintained Bridges available as well as allowing the community to create them too.br /br /Submitting a bridge will work just like submitting a regular MOD, but with some slightly different packaging guidelines. The code will then be checked for security vulnerabilities and tested to ensure it is functional. If a bridge you are creating is still in development, post about in the a href="http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewforum.php?f=70" class="postlink"[3.0.x] MODs in Development/a, only add [Bridge] after the progress prefix, much like a href="http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=70t=2099531" class="postlink"this example/a. br /br /You can view the complete rules and packing recommendations regarding the submission of bridges and integration here: !-- m --a class="postlink" href="http://www.phpbb.com/mods/rules-and-policies/db/bridges/"http://www.phpbb.com/mods/rules-and-pol ... b/bridges//a!-- m --br /You can submit your own bridges here: !-- m --a class="postlink" href="http://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/bridges-24"http://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/bridges-24/a!-- m --br /br /Feel free to ask for assistance on the phpBB side of things in a href="http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewforum.php?f=71" class="postlink"[3.0.x] MOD Writers Discussion/a or our IRC channel: a href="irc://irc.freenode.net/#phpbb-coding" class="postlink"#phpBB-Coding/a.
