I wanted to share some photos taken at our Los Angeles headquarters yesterday. The photos were taken in our new building (Magento East), in a yet-to-be-built open space. It was an amazing day, starting with an all-company meeting during which we announced the agreement we reached with eBay to be acquired. My presentation was followed by a visit from Matthew Mengerink – head of eBay Inc.’s X.Commerce group – and several members of his leadership team, who introduced themselves and shared their excitement about joining forces with Magento. We capped things off with a lunchtime celebration featuring four of LA’s best food trucks. Magento has always known how to throw a party, and it was great to see our colleagues from eBay jump right in.
