Suomalainen Kirjakauppa, established in 1912, has become Finlands’s largest nation-wide chain of bookstores with several online bookstores. The new Magento-based B2C website was developed by Igence, a Magento Professional Partner, with custom features, an easy checkout procedure and a visual design that helps Suomalainen Kirjakauppa sell ebooks. The advanced e-shop includes the “Own Bookshelf” concept, which allows consumers to store their digital purchases in a personal vault so that they can read wherever they are, whenever they want, on a variety of reader devices.
