Smartbox®, the world leader in exclusive gift experiences has just launched a new version of its B2C eCommerce Website based on Magento. A global brand, Smartbox has realized tremendous success and is currently present in 19 countries.
The new B2C Website was developed by Internim a Magento Professional Partner that specializes in the development of custom web open-source solutions.
Internim implemented a customized catalogue structure for Smartbox, which enables them to present different versions available for each gift package as well as a range of activities associated with each of these versions. They also tailored the “My account” and “Check out” process of the Smartbox site, developed a dozen gateways to create all the required links between the Magento solution and Smartbox information systems and created custom modules that were added to the Magento solution to accommodate the specific business requirements of Smartbox.
The Smartbox online store initially launched in France and will soon be accessible in 18 other countries.
