Last month, we asked for your help to further establish Magento as the best Open Source Business Application, asking you to nominate Magento in Packt Publishing’s 2011 Open Source Awards. Once again, the Magento community came through, showing its support and passion and we are very excited to one of the Open Source Business Applications Finalists.
The Open Source Awards is an annual online event held by Packt Publishing with the goal of distinguishing excellence among Open Source projects. The first step in this process was for the public to vote for nominees. Thank you for all who nominated us!
The voting stage is next— and begins on September 19th and closes on October 31st. We’ll update you when voting begins, just stay tuned to the Packt Publishing Voting Page and vote for Magento for Best Open Source Business Application
