Magento Customer Support is there to quickly help with issues and questions for our Enterprise Edition customers – sometimes the toughest issues can be solved very quickly by our team of Magento support experts. While some issues do take longer to solve, we are here to help.

“We had a database glitch this morning that broke all of our Magento stores - the Magento Customer Support team escalated quickly and we were back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. They came in via remote desktop, and it all worked out. We were all quite happy about it.”
