Due to a flaw in the design of the Alternative Image Storage module that caused a potential security vulnerability we are releasing Magento CE 1.5.0.1 and are pulling this feature in order to refactor it and will rerelease it in future releases.
If you are already running CE 1.5.0.0 please upgrade as soon as possible to this version
