Over 33 Magento developers, fans, and users met at the funky, hip offices of Magento HQ in Culver City on September 16th for the first Magento HQ Meetup! Networking, pizza, and sodas were followed by an introduction by CTO, Yoav Kutner. The group then moved upstairs for an insightful presentation on “Methods and Best Practices for High Performance eCommerce” by Dmitriy Soroka, Lead Architect at Magento.
The feedback on the event was very positive. Attendees especially liked not only the chance to network, but the opportunity to actually learn something new! (And I did hear attendees raving about the pizza!) The attendees were very excited and looking forward to the next Magento Meetup!
