Web hosting provider Pronethosting.NET (www.pronethosting.net) announced on Monday it has completed its purchase of Cool Handle Web Hosting (www.coolhandle.com), formerly a part of Moniker.com (www.moniker.com), for an undisclosed amount.

With the acquisition of Cool Handle, Pronethosting.NET is able to expand its reach into the shared Web hosting market.

Cool Handle offers "value-priced services" for shared web hosting and email hosting, according to the press release.

The acquisition will let Pronethosting.NET provide its customers shared, reseller, and dedicated hosting to over 100,000 domains.

"As our core business grows, we strive to cater to a wider range of web hosting customers," says Ryan Morris, PronetHosting.NET marketing director. "Our purchase of Cool Handle web hosting allows us to expand our reach into more of the value-priced hosting industry."

Pronethosting.NET currently provides a range of hosting services, including Linux Web hosting, Windows Web hosting and reseller Web hosting.
