(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Ajax web-based satellite helpdesk software provider TheVisionWorld.com (www.thevisionworld.com) has announced a new partnership with WHMCS Ltd (www.whmcs.com), a client-management and billing automation company, to integrate billing and support management capabilities into its helpdesk solution, Vision.
According to its Monday announcement, the Vision Helpdesk Ultimate's $29.99-per-month lease license plan comes with a free WHMCS billing software lease.
"We use WHMCS billing software to manage our clients billing -- it's is a fantastic billing software," Vision Helpdesk representative Preeti Sharma said in a statement. "[Using] leading billing software combined with the leading Vision Helpdesk software, customers can manage their billing and support activities with ease."
Vision Helpdesk's integration with WHMCS billing software offers several benefits including Per Ticket Billing that lets users add billing notes, create invoices, and track payments from Vision Helpdesk. Its login integration lets users use a single login for both systems. Users can also fetch WHMCS fields such as client package, server login, or status in to Vision Helpdesk, and migrate tickets from WHMCS to Vision Helpdesk. Users also have the option to override the WHMCS default support module with Vision Helpdesk.
